#focusfriday ... as in don’t lose focus!
You’ve got to keep the commitment to daily activity, hydration and nutrition to fuel that exercise activity all through the weekend.
Notice I said the planning is around exercise activity?
Let’s recap this glorious week, shall we?
MONDAY - Exercise Everyday
TUESDAY - 3 options/day
WEDNESDAY - HIT/Tabatas
THURSDAY-Hydration
And now Friday and focus.
Ok, so you’re going a BBQ on Saturday and you want to eat cake and drink beer?
I say go for it and save me some because that sounds delicious.
Are you going to overdo it and make yourself useless that day or the next morning if you have a workout planned?
You probably shouldn’t.
But I can’t make you do anything that you don’t want to do so that’s why the decisions and the plan to be mindful of your goals everyday, including the weekend, has to be yours and yours alone.
But we can all use a little help because BBQs are the literal devil when it comes to staying in track with nutrition.
Can you say, “Creamy Potato Salad” anyone?!?!
