A Little About Me:

2022 marks 33 years for me as a leader in the health and fitness industry (instructor, trainer, facilitator, management, administration). I spent the majority of that time in not-for-profit and private fitness facilities and organizations, with other “jobs” on the side.

 

In 2018, I shifted full-time to medical assisting as a TechCA (technical chiropractic assistant) where I get to utilize my fitness training daily doing physical assessments and neurological scans for first visit consultations and regular evaluations on practice members.

 

But of course fitness, specifically group fitness is still the centre of my life so I continue to teach classes in person and virtually at dance studios, campus recreation centres and fitness facilities in my city.

 

To that end, I created a personal brand complete with blog, podcast and book to be able to keep doing what I love.
